本次股东周年大会将于2026年8月21日（星期五）下午1时正于香港鰂鱼涌太古坊华兰路18号港岛东中心23楼德事商务中心23H多功能厅召开，公司亦将在2026年8月14日至同年8月21日暂时停办股份过户手续。会议审议当日获得股东表决通过后，该回购授权即予生效，有效期持续至下届股东周年大会结束或公司股东大会另行撤销、修订该授权为止。
