Kinergy Corporation Ltd. (03302) released its monthly return for November 2025, with the total number of issued ordinary shares remaining at 920,393,394 and no treasury shares recorded. No increase or decrease in share capital was reported during the month.
According to the share option scheme adopted on 27 June 2018, there were 14,910,000 options outstanding as of the end of November 2025, with none granted, exercised, canceled, or lapsed during the period. These options carry different exercise prices, including HK$0.300, HK$0.304, and HK$0.1212 per share, depending on their respective grant dates.
