2026年8月7日，凯盛新能源股份有限公司（股票代码：01108，A股代码：600876，下称“公司”）在香港联交所刊发海外监管公告，披露《凯盛新能源股份有限公司关于河南证监局行政监管措施决定书的整改报告》。
公告显示，河南证监局向公司下发的行政监管措施决定书（﹝2026﹞37号）指出，公司在连续12个月内累计诉讼仲裁金额达到3.33亿元，约占公司最近一期经审计净资产的10.73%，但公司直至2026年6月29日才予以补充披露，信息披露存在不及时问题。
针对警示函指出的不足，公司已完成以下整改： 1. 规范诉讼仲裁案件管理：公司发布《关于规范公司诉讼仲裁案件信息上报工作的通知》，由法律合规部对各单位的案件上报进行常态化核查与督导，并对未按时、漏报、瞒报或信息不实的责任人进行追责。 2. 强化重大信息报告机制：依据《重大信息内部报告制度》，公司证券部编制并下发《重大信息内部报告清单》，对公司及子公司班子成员、相关业务和管理岗位人员开展专项培训，提升合规意识和责任意识。
公司表示，将以此次整改为契机，持续完善内部控制体系，提升信息披露质量，推进公司治理和合规管理水平稳步提升。
