全年营业收入为人民币56.32亿元，同比上升约2.5%，其中航空性业务收入27.70亿元，同比上升约3.8%；非航空性业务收入28.61亿元，同比上升约1.3%。同期经营费用为57.84亿元，同比下降约1.2%。在成本构成中，折旧及摊销15.54亿元，同比增长约3.0%，维修及维护费用9.47亿元，同比下降约4.4%，员工费用5.99亿元，同比增长约6.9%。
受以上因素影响，期内实现税后净亏损6.30亿元（每股亏损0.14元），较上一年度13.90亿元的亏损减少约54.7%。截至2015年12月31日，公司的总资产为300.13亿元，总负债171.55亿元，权益总额128.58亿元。董事会决定不派发2015年度末期股息。
