绿城服务集团有限公司（股票代码：02869）于2026年9月1日公布回购公告，披露公司于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股93.40万股，回购股份占本次交易前公司已发行股份总数（不含库藏股）约0.0299%。每股回购价格介乎港币4.165元至4.215元，合计支出约391.93万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份(不含库藏股)数目由31.19亿股变更为31.18亿股，库藏股数目增至3820.4万股，公司已发行股份总数维持在31.56亿股。公司于2026年6月18日通过股份回购授权，获准回购最多3.13142977亿股，截至公告日，已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购1567.6万股，占授权当日已发行股份（不含库藏股）的约0.5006%。
公司于公告中确认，本次回购已获董事会正式授权并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事杨掌法签署。
