雅居投资控股(08426)日前发布公告，董事会宣布派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息。该次股息金额为每股0.010625港元，尚须于2026年5月29日获股东批准。
根据公告，除净日为2026年6月3日，股东如欲符合派息资格，须于2026年6月4日16时30分前递交有效过户文件，公司将于2026年6月5日至2026年6月9日暂停办理股份过户登记手续，并于2026年6月9日确定股权登记。股息派发日定于2026年6月29日。
董事会表示，目前公司董事会成员包括五名执行董事及四名独立非执行董事，名单如下：执行董事为彭一邦博士工程师太平绅士、彭一庭先生、何柱明先生、吴福华先生及徐建华先生；独立非执行董事为黄比先生、吴纪法先生、余致力先生及冯兰施女士。
