超人智能控股有限公司（股票代码：08176，上市于香港联合交易所有限公司GEM）近日在公告中表示，计划于即将召开的股东周年大会上向董事授予一般及无条件购回股份的授权，最多可购回公司已发行股份总数的10%，即71,550,073股。公司现已发行股份合计715,500,728股。
公告显示，购回资金将按照公司生效的章程大纲及细则、香港联交所GEM上市规则以及百慕达适用法律的规定从公司的合法资金来源拨付。董事会指出，若有必要执行购回，公司可视时机决定将已购回股份予以注销或作为库存股份持有，以期在提升股东回报、改善公司资本结构等方面具有正面效益。公司近期披露的数据显示，股份于二零二五年五月至二零二六年六月间在GEM市场交易价格最高为0.20港元、最低为0.016港元。
董事会在公告中表示，此项购回计划符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。公司定于二零二六年六月三十日上午十一时，假座香港干诺道中168-200号信德中心招商局大厦14楼1405室召开股东周年大会，就购回授权等多项议案进行表决。公司将于二零二六年六月二十五日至六月三十日止，暂停办理股份过户登记。
