Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (Weigao Group) reported a minor adjustment to its share capital following an on-market repurchase on 30 April 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • Mandate granted on 27 May 2025 authorised buybacks of up to 451.56 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under the mandate have reached 47.17 million shares, equivalent to 10.45 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date. • In line with listing rules, Weigao Group is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfers of treasury shares until 31 May 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.
