Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (Bay Area Dev) released an updated roster of its board of directors and committee memberships, effective 25 June 2026.

The board continues to be led by Chairman and General Manager Mr. Jianming Wu, supported by Executive Directors Mr. Cheng Wu (Deputy General Manager) and Mr. Ji Liu (Deputy General Manager and Secretary to the Board).

Non-executive oversight is provided by Ms. Guiping Zhao and Mr. Xuan Wang. Independent non-executive directors (INEDs) remain Mr. Yu Lung Ching, Mr. Tony Chung Nin Kan SBS JP and Mr. Peng Xue, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong corporate governance requirements.

Committee leadership is structured as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by INED Mr. Yu Lung Ching with Mr. Tony Chung Nin Kan and Mr. Peng Xue as members. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Mr. Tony Chung Nin Kan, joined by Mr. Yu Lung Ching and Mr. Peng Xue. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Chairman Mr. Jianming Wu, with Mr. Yu Lung Ching and Mr. Tony Chung Nin Kan serving as members.

The disclosure confirms Bay Area Dev’s adherence to a three-committee governance framework comprising audit, remuneration and nomination functions, each populated by a majority of independent directors to strengthen oversight and accountability.
