Sichuan Energy Investment Development Subsidiary Signs Preliminary Design Contract

Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713) announced that on March 9, 2026, after trading hours, the project implementation units of the group's subsidiaries, along with other project implementation units, entered into a preliminary design contract with the Hydropower Group as the contract issuer and Sichuan Energy Investment Integrated Energy as the contractor. Under this agreement, Sichuan Energy Investment Integrated Energy will provide survey and design services for the preliminary design phase of the 2025 Rural Power Grid Consolidation and Enhancement Project. The total contract value is approximately RMB 39.7747 million, inclusive of tax.

The project scope includes the construction and upgrade of nine 110kV substations, involving 12 main transformers with a total capacity of 572.5 MVA, and 210.22 kilometers of 110kV transmission lines. It also covers the construction and upgrade of seventeen 35kV substations, with nine main transformers having a capacity of 75 MVA, and 141.52 kilometers of 35kV lines. Additionally, the project involves building and upgrading 2,380.38 kilometers of 10kV lines, installing 3,167 distribution transformers, 6,236.9 kilometers of low-voltage lines, and upgrading 59,247 household meters. Furthermore, 680 integrated primary and secondary circuit breakers will be installed or upgraded, along with 1,766 fault indicators and 1,733 concentrators.
