9月26日，市场监管总局召开促进网络餐饮外卖行业健康发展座谈会。总局党组书记、局长罗文出席会议，与网络餐饮外卖平台内商户和外卖骑手代表深入交流，了解经营者、新就业群体面临的困难和问题，听取意见建议。总局党组成员、副局长邓志勇主持会议。
会议指出，党中央、国务院高度重视促进平台经济健康发展，网络餐饮外卖与人民群众日常生活紧密相关，是促消费、惠民生、稳就业的重要领域，也是推动平台经济高质量发展的重要力量。
会议强调，近年来我国网络餐饮外卖行业正展现出强劲的发展势头和广阔的市场前景，但在满足消费者多样化需求的同时，也对市场竞争秩序、食品安全、相关主体权益保障等提出更高要求。下一步，市场监管部门将深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，提升网络餐饮外卖领域常态化监管水平，加大监管执法力度，督促相关主体理性参与竞争、落实食品安全主体责任，构建行业良好生态。加快建立长效机制，推动《外卖平台服务管理基本要求》国家标准出台，营造稳定可预期的政策环境，促进行业规范健康发展。
