SAI LEISURE (01832) announced that effective August 29, 2025: Dr. Chen Hengli, SBS, BBS, JP, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Zhang Bishan, Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
