Shanshui Cement Reminds Shareholders of Shift to Fully Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 30

China Shanshui Cement Group Limited issued a reminder on 30 April 2026 highlighting that, following its March 2024 notification, all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be distributed exclusively in digital form via the company’s website (www.sdsunnsygroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

\n\nThe company has not yet received email addresses from certain registered shareholders. Investors are encouraged to submit a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without a valid email address, shareholders will receive no publication alerts and must check the designated websites proactively; only “actionable” communications requiring shareholder decisions will be sent in print.

\n\nShareholders preferring hard copies can request printed communications by completing the reply form or emailing shanshuicement.ecom@computershare.com.hk. This print request remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

\n\nEnquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours on weekdays, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
