ThaiBev issues about 444 million Singapore dollars in oversubscribed debentures

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (Y92) said on Mar, 19 2026 that it has raised roughly 444 million Singapore dollars through a two-tranche issuance of Thai-baht debentures, attracting total demand 3.05 times the initial offer size.

The deal comprises: • Tranche 1 – around 93 million Singapore dollars, zero-coupon, three-year notes maturing in 2029, issued to institutional investors. • Tranche 2 – about 351 million Singapore dollars, 2.14 per cent fixed-rate, five-year notes maturing in 2031, placed with both institutional and high-net-worth investors.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt. The debentures carry an “AA” rating with a stable outlook from TRIS Rating.

Bangkok Bank, KASIKORNBANK, Krung Thai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, The Siam Commercial Bank, CIMB Thai Bank and United Overseas Bank (Thai) acted as joint lead arrangers.
