汇通达网络股份有限公司（“公司”，股份代号：09878）于2025年12月23日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所回购89,400股H股，占回购前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.04975%，回购价格区间介乎每股10.10港元至10.79港元，共计支付约93.15万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）减少至179,599,639股，同时库藏股数增加至666,700股。公司于2025年5月21日就本次股份购回获得股东授权，根据该授权可回购的剩余额度为18,026,633股。公司在公告中确认，相关程序符合香港联交所上市规则与相关法律要求。
