销售及分销开支为7.94亿元，行政开支1.00亿元，其他开支5,540.90万元，融资成本537.90万元。受收入下滑与期间费用变动影响，纯利率由上年的4.3%降至1.0%。
资产负债方面，报告期末总资产为12.10亿元，包括8.36亿元的非流动资产及9.95亿元的流动资产；流动负债与非流动负债分别为6.22亿元和1.10亿元，权益总额10.95亿元。期末现金及现金等价物为1.74亿元，净流动资产3.74亿元，资产负债率约为4.4%（上年同期7.5%）。管理层表示，将继续维持审慎的财务管理与稳健的资金安排，以支持日常经营和后续发展。
