OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (06638) announced that Ms. Chen Wanmei has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary and authorized representative. Mr. Zou Xinglong has been appointed as joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective from August 21, 2025. Mr. Lin Rubo will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
