SIM TECH (02000) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. Revenue amounted to HK$399 million, representing a decrease of 7.1% year-on-year. The loss attributable to company owners was HK$13.302 million, narrowing by 86% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was HK$0.0062.

The primary reason for the annual loss was an impairment of investment properties. Based on future rental market projections and leases signed by the group, the appraiser recorded a total impairment assessment of HK$73.9 million on the group's investment properties during the reporting period.

Excluding the impact of this non-operating factor, the group achieved a profit of HK$60.6 million for the year, compared to a loss of HK$38.8 million under the same basis in the prior year.

The significant improvement in operating performance year-on-year was mainly due to the group's strict control over costs and expenses, continuous optimization of operational efficiency, and a gradual recovery in the profitability of its core business.
