Capital Industrial Financial Services Group Limited (Stock Code: 730) held a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 13 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. According to the announcement, two ordinary resolutions concerning the EMC Master Procurement Agreement and the Steel Master Procurement Agreement, each entered into with Shougang Group Co., Ltd. (“Shougang Group”) on 19 September 2025, were duly passed by way of poll.
Attendance records show that certain directors participated in person and others joined via video conference. The Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong was appointed as scrutineer, confirming both resolutions were approved with 288,607,000 votes in favor (100%) and none against.
As stated in the document, Shougang Group and its associates, together with an executive director holding a substantial stake, abstained from voting on the proposals. Consequently, the total number of shares eligible to vote was 1,526,516,731. More than 50% of votes were cast in favor, so both agreements and their respective annual caps received shareholder endorsement as ordinary resolutions.
