Tenfu completes fresh on-market buyback; issued share count steady at 1.08 billion

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 3,000 ordinary shares on 15 May 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 2.85 and HKD 2.86, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 8,570. The shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including earlier purchases on 8, 12, 13 and 14 May, Tenfu has bought back 12,000 shares this month at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 2.83 to HKD 2.86, representing about 0.0011% of the company’s 1.08 billion issued shares. The cumulative cash outlay for these May buybacks is roughly HKD 0.03 million.

Despite the repurchases, Tenfu’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1,082.81 million shares as of 15 May 2026. All repurchased shares are pending cancellation.

Under the general mandate approved on 11 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares, equivalent to 10% of its share capital on the mandate date. To date, 10,000 shares, or 0.0009% of shares outstanding at mandate approval, have been repurchased under this authority.

No treasury shares were held, sold or transferred during the period. The company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 14 June 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
