XD Inc. disclosed that on October 21, 2025, 1,000 new ordinary shares were issued upon the exercise of share options under a share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021. The issue price was HKD 25.86 per share, representing approximately 0.0002% of the previously issued shares.
Following this share issuance, XD Inc.’s total number of issued ordinary shares increased from 494,869,714 to 494,870,714. No redemption, treasury share sale, or share repurchase for cancellation was reported as of the same date.
