2026年5月26日，中国冶金科工股份有限公司（中国中冶，股票代码：01618）披露翌日披露报表，公告当日分别于香港联合交易所有限公司及上海证券交易所回购部分H股与A股。
其中，H股回购数量为3,291,000股，占公司H股已发行股本约0.11463%，每股回购价区间介乎每股1.49港元至1.54港元，总耗资约500.00万港元。A股回购数量为7,100,600股，占公司A股已发行股本约0.03977%，每股回购价区间介乎每股2.81元至2.84元人民币，总计付出约2,008.06万元人民币。回购完成后，公司H股及A股的已发行股份总数分别维持在2,871,000,000股及17,852,619,170股，上述回购股份尚待注销。
公司此前于2026年1月16日获得购回授权，最高可回购股份数量为287,100,000股，截至目前累计回购29,178,000股。公司强调，本次回购已符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求。
