根据公告，网易云音乐于2025年6月25日获股东大会批准股份回购授权，授权范围包括21,739,953股，截至目前已合计回购5,523,550股，占授权规模约2.5407%。公司确认本次股份回购已履行相关董事会授权，并遵守上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
