On February 25, the China Disabled Persons' Federation convened a national video conference to outline its promotional and cultural work plans for 2026. The meeting served to review and exchange insights on the work accomplished in 2025 and to assign key tasks for the current year. Zhang Weixing, a member of the leading Party members group and vice chairperson of the federation, attended and addressed the conference from the main venue.
