The first phase of the Shandong Zhaoyuan Nuclear Power Project has entered the peak period of civil construction. The 5th-layer inner shell and 1st-layer outer shell concrete pouring for the Unit 1 reactor building has been completed, and internal wall panel construction is proceeding in an orderly manner. Unit 2 has achieved FCD for the nuclear island, conventional island and cooling tower. Marine engineering and onshore water intake and drainage pipeline construction are in the concrete chain area. Project personnel coordinated production scheduling and emergency response across the sand and gravel plant, mixing station and laboratory, rigorously implemented material acceptance and first-batch pouring witness work, and strictly controlled the concrete production quality gate.

CGN Research Institute Zhongshan Scientific Research Base Project

As one of the important scientific research bases of the China Southern Atomic Energy Science and Technology Innovation Center, the Zhongshan Scientific Research Base has now entered the overall finishing stage. The two laboratory buildings in the base's scientific research plot have been put into use and are intensively carrying out reactor type research and development experiments. The new industry plot is about to complete completion acceptance and enter the final sprint stage, striving toward the goal of high-quality completion and commissioning within the year. At the construction site, safety engineers and safety officers are inspecting the safety status of suspended platforms.

CGN New Energy Tibet Ali Gaize County 50,000-kilowatt Wind Power Project

Currently, all wind turbines of the Ali Gaize County 50,000-kilowatt Wind Power Project have completed hoisting, marking that CGN's highest-altitude wind power project has officially entered the critical stage of grid connection commissioning. The project leader led the team to stay on the front line of the plateau at an altitude of more than 4,600 meters, intensively carrying out equipment commissioning, stabilizing equipment and calibrating parameters.

CGN New Energy Hubei Tuanfeng Weijiachong Pumped Storage Power Station Project

As CGN's first independently developed and constructed pumped storage power station, Unit 1 of the Hubei Tuanfeng Weijiachong Pumped Storage Power Station Project has been successfully connected to the grid and entered trial operation assessment, while Unit 2 is advancing in an orderly manner toward the grid connection target. The project will closely follow the full-capacity commissioning milestone and coordinate the remaining work, defect elimination, project acceptance and production handover. Employees of the pumped storage management center carried out performance testing of the Unit 2 PMU substation at the project's Unit 2 commissioning site.
