Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2281) released information regarding its 2025 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Friday, 28 November 2025. The EGM is set to take place at the 6th Floor meeting room, 16 Baizi Road, Jiangyang District, Luzhou, Sichuan Province, the PRC.

Shareholders will vote on one special resolution related to proposed amendments to the Articles of Association. In addition, three ordinary resolutions will be considered, covering the proposed abolition of the Supervisory Committee, adoption of the Rules of the General Meeting, and adoption of the Rules of the Board of Directors.
