国银金融租赁(1606)宣布，作为出租人与北京神州汽车租赁有限公司于2026年2月27日订立融资租赁合同，涉及以约2.57亿元购入若干位于中国各地的车辆，并将该批车辆以60个月租期的形式出租。据披露，车辆总价值约2.70亿元，租赁利息合计约0.26亿元，租金按季支付。
在前12个月内，国银金融租赁曾与同一承租人签订若干融资租赁合同，涉资合计约7.63亿元。由于本次交易与前述若干交易的承租人相同，合并计算后相关百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此本次交易被认定为须予披露交易，并需遵守相关申报及公告规定。
根据今回签订的合同，车辆所有权将登记在国银金融租赁名下，租期届满后，承租人可按每辆车人民币1元的名义价格买回车辆。国银金融租赁表示，此举旨在扩大公司融资租赁业务收入，符合其业务发展策略。
