北京亿华通科技股份有限公司（02402，下称“亿华通”）7月17日公告，公司全资子公司唐山谦辰新能源发展有限公司已于河北省唐山市中级人民法院，以原告身份对佛山市飞驰汽车科技有限公司提起诉讼，涉案合同未偿还金额合计人民币1.62亿元。
唐山谦辰目前正就该诉讼寻求法律意见。亿华通董事会在公告中表示，根据现阶段评估，预计该诉讼不会对集团整体日常营运造成重大影响。公司承诺，如诉讼事项出现进一步重大进展，将及时发布公告。
亿华通提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司股份时需保持审慎。截止本公告日期，董事会成员包括执行董事张国强、宋海英、戴东哲；非执行董事宋峰；职工代表董事张红黎；独立非执行董事纪雪洪、陈素权及李志杰。
