Shares of restaurant chain Wingstop rise 24.46% to $361.32 in premarket trade. Co raised its annual forecast for global unit growth rate range to 17% to 18%, from prior range 16% to 17%.

WING reports Q2 revenue of $174.3 million, above estimates of $173.4 million, while adjusted EPS of $1 beat expectations of 87 cents. Co says an increase in royalty revenue, franchise fees and advertising fees, as well as an increase in transactions at its outlets, aided the quarterly results

LendingClub stock jumped over 19% after the online lender's Q2 EPS more than doubled the Wall Street estimate and its Q3 guidance indicates strong loan origination.

Teradyne beat analyst expectations with its second-quarter results, driven by strong semiconductor testing sales and improving demand. Shares of Teradyne rose 17.8% after earnings beat.

The company, which makes testing equipment for semiconductors and robotics, on Tuesday posted a profit of $78.4 million, or 49 cents a share, in the second quarter, compared with $186.3 million, or $1.14 a share, a year earlier.

Stripping out certain one-time items, adjusted per-share earnings were 57 cents, ahead of the 54 cents forecast by analysts, according to FactSet.

Humana shares rose nearly 6% on Wednesday. Humana raised its annual profit forecast on Wednesday, as the U.S. health insurer bets on its efforts to rein in higher medical costs that have plagued the sector, sending its shares up nearly 5% in premarket trading.

VF Corp beat first-quarter revenue estimates on Wednesday, helped by an uptick in demand for its apparel and footwear products, sending its shares up about 11%.

The Denver, Colorado-based company's efforts to introduce new collections across brands, including The North Face, helped boost sales, which had been declining over the past few quarters.
