Qualifications: 1. Understand the basic principles of operating content platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and master key strategies for gaining followers on each platform. 2. Possess strong news sensitivity and accurate information judgment skills, with the ability to assess article quality. 3. Have good aesthetic sense, able to source informative images to complement text, with meticulous attention to text, layout, and images. 4. Demonstrate patience, responsibility, professionalism, time management, and sustained enthusiasm and curiosity for work. 5. Priority given to candidates with experience operating million-follower public accounts, relevant operational resources, or availability for long-term internships.
