弘毅文化集团于2026年3月3日发布2026年2月股份变动月报表，截至报告期末（2026年2月28日），公司普通股及优先股的法定/注册股本总额为3,002,407,600港元，与上月相同。其中，普通股的法定/注册规模维持在15,000,000,000股，面值为每股0.2港元；优先股的法定/注册规模为240,760,000股，面值为每股0.01港元。
