SAI Leisure Maintains 360 Million Issued Shares in May 2026; Public Float Requirement Met

S.A.I. Leisure Group Company Limited reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 500 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating to HKD 5.00 million. Issued shares stayed at 360 million, and the company held zero treasury shares during the period. As a result, total issued share capital was unchanged.

The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%.

Under the share-option scheme adopted on 9 April 2019, 36 million options were outstanding at month-end. No options were exercised, cancelled, or granted during May. The outstanding options represent 10.00% of the current issued share base and, if fully exercised, could raise the total share count to 396 million.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding, issued, or redeemed in the period. Equally, there were no share repurchases or share transfers.

The monthly return was submitted on 2 June 2026 by Company Secretary Cheung Pik Shan Bonnie.
