深圳市越疆科技股份有限公司（02432，以下简称“越疆”）7月6日发布自愿性公告称，根据H股股份激励计划的安排，其受托人于2026年7月6日通过联交所场内合共购入100,000股H股，占公司已发行H股总数约0.03%，成交价格区间为每股27.08港元至27.28港元，涉资约271.64万港元。
公告同时披露，截至公告当日（2026年7月6日），受托人自2026年6月25日至7月6日期间已累计购入600,200股H股，占已发行H股总数约0.15%，累计支付对价约1,536.25万港元，购股价格区间为每股24.62港元至27.28港元。上述股份均以信托方式持有，用于未来根据H股股份激励计划向合资格参与者授出奖励股份。
公司董事会表示，本次场内购股体现了对公司经营表现及未来发展前景的信心，并将继续按计划检视并酌情决定后续的股份购入与激励授予安排。
公告显示，越疆董事会目前由七名董事组成，分别为执行董事刘培超、姜宇、刘主福，非执行董事郎需林，以及独立非执行董事李贻斌、吴浩云、侯玲玲。
