Dachan Food (Asia) Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese versions, now accessible on the company’s website (www.dfa3999.com) and on the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Investors can locate the report by selecting “Investors” followed by “Latest Financials” on the company website or by browsing directly via HKExnews.

Registered shareholders may, at any time and at no cost, choose their preferred method—printed copies or online access—and preferred language (English, Chinese, or both) for all future corporate communications. To change existing preferences, shareholders should complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, Dachan Food’s Hong Kong share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 3999-ecom@vistra.com.

Maintaining a functional email address with the share registrar is essential for receiving electronic notifications. Absent a valid email, shareholders will continue to receive printed notifications and actionable corporate communications.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., except public holidays).

The notification is issued on behalf of Dachan Food by Chairman James Chun-Hsien Wei on 18 September 2026.
