中国储能科技发展有限公司(01143)于2026年3月2日发布的月报显示，截至2026年2月28日，公司法定股本及已发行股本均无变化，股本结构保持稳定。
公司注册股本维持在7,500,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.2港元，合计1,500,000,000港元；已发行股份数量上月底与本月底均为224,289,185股，未有新增发行、购回或注销活动。报告期内，购回股票及库藏股数量均为0。
在股份期权及激励计划方面，2020年3月10日批准的购股权计划中，有2,621,296份期权在报告期内已失效，未产生新增发行股份；2023年6月8日批准的购股权计划则维持15,550,182份期权，期末可行使股份数为1,557,836股。
