消息面上，广州拟在“十五五”时期积极稳妥谋划现售制试点，适时选取合适地块开展试点，并通过提高开发贷款额度、给予利率优惠、分期缴纳地价等方式提供金融和配套支持。对于继续实行预售的项目，广州提出规范预售资金监管，推进项目资金封闭管理，推动房企融资从依赖主体信用转向满足具体项目合理融资需求。
花旗将今年香港住宅楼价同比升幅预测由8%上调至12%，并预计明年继续上涨6%。报告指出，今年上半年香港一手住宅成交量同比增长34%，创2022年以来新高，发展商销售额同比增长95%，可售单位数量则降至4年低位。花旗同时将今年中环甲级写字楼租金增长预测由2%上调至3%，并将太古地产、领展房产基金、新鸿基地产列为选股。
