宁德时代昨日通过联交所上市聆讯，据报计划集资至少50亿美元(约390亿港元)。路透引述消息人士称，宁德时代正与投资者会面，准备下周启动该交易的累计投标(book building)工作，有投资者敦促宁德时代将香港招股价定为至少比深圳上市的股票价格低10%。另有消息说，招股价的折让幅度可能在5%左右。
据称，宁德时代希望基石投资者和锚定投资者认购大约半数新股。彭博引述知情人士指，卡塔尔投资局与中石化可能寻求买入价值数亿美元的股票，高瓴投资也在考虑参与其中。
