路透社8月24日电——快而精医药（QIAGEN N.V.）发布公告，公司董事会正式任命乔纳森·M·普拉特为首席执行官。这一任命自2026年9月1日起正式生效。
据悉，在定于2026年第四季度召开的临时股东大会上，普拉特还将被提名为公司常务董事，届时需经股东大会表决批准。
与此同时，现任首席执行官蒂埃里·贝尔纳将卸任CEO及常务董事职务。不过，为确保权力平稳过渡，贝尔纳将继续留任至今年年底，协助公司完成交接工作。
值得注意的是，尽管管理层迎来变动，快而精医药仍重申其对2026年第三季度及全年的业绩展望保持不变。
