2026年2月13日，Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc.（股票代码：2373）及其附属公司宣布认购一项来自上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司（浦发银行）的保本浮动收益理财产品，金额为人民币80.0百万元（约合89.9百万元港元），产品期限为150天，挂钩欧元兑美元参考汇率。此外，该集团此前曾于2025年11月21日、11月28日和12月30日分别认购人民币70.0百万元、10.0百万元及80.0百万元的同类保本理财产品，现均尚未到期。
根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，单笔认购并未触及5%的适用百分比率，但由于上述认购均在12个月内与同一对手方签订且性质相似，合并计算后超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守披露及公告规定。公司方面表示，此类认购旨在有效利用闲置资金，资金来源均为内部资源，不影响日常营运资金需求。
