Starjoy W&T Posts July 2026 Monthly Return; No Movements in Share Capital or Treasury Stock

Starjoy Wellness and Travel Company Limited (Starjoy W&T) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026, reporting a stable capital structure and full public-float compliance.

The issuer’s authorised capital stood unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital remained steady at 726.25 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, recorded no share allotments, cancellations or repurchases during the month, and reconfirmed its adherence to the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 28 May 2019, 19.50 million options were outstanding at both the beginning and end of July. No options were exercised, leaving the same number of shares potentially issuable. The scheme’s total remaining issuance capacity is 53.13 million shares, and no proceeds were raised from option exercises in the period.

Starjoy W&T reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments, and no new funding activity occurred during the month.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Chak Wai Ting, who confirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules, corporate authorisations and regulatory requirements.
