TAI PING CARPET (00146) announced that Mr. Hou Rong and Mr. Liang Guohui, who were eligible for re-election, chose not to stand for re-election and retired as non-executive directors of the company upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Mr. Long Zhisheng has been appointed as an executive director of the company, effective immediately after the Annual General Meeting.
