渣打集团有限公司(02888)于2026年8月20日发布公告，称公司于2026年8月19日在伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购普通股368,412股，占当日公司已发行股本约0.0168%。此次回购每股价格介乎GBP 21.51至GBP 22之间，总耗资GBP 8,015,293.04，约合801.53万英镑。
公告显示，上述回购股份尚未注销，回购完成后公司已发行股本仍保持在2,186,618,338股，且目前并无库藏股。公司回购行动获得于2026年5月7日召开的股东周年大会上通过的购回授权，授权购回股票数为221,634,387股。截至目前，公司已在多家证券交易所合计回购28,442,183股，占特別决议案通过时已发行股本的1.2833%。
