博骏教育（01758.HK）4月21日发布盈利警告，预计截至2026年2月28日止六个月录得净亏损约51.3至62.7百万元，而上年同期净亏损为9.9百万元，亏损区间同比显著扩大。
公告显示，报告期内集团收入约为1.81亿元，较上年同期减少26.7百万元。其中，职业教育板块收入下滑24.5百万元，是导致整体营收下降的主要因素。具体来看： 1. 中职业务收入减少11.2百万元，主要受初中毕业生总量下降及普通高中扩招的影响； 2. 高职业务收入减少13.3百万元，主要由于相关财政补贴减少。
公司提示，以上数据基于管理层对未经审计管理账目的初步评估，尚未经过核数师或审核委员会审阅。博骏教育计划于2026年4月23日左右公布中期业绩。
