Aker Carbon Capture宣布将于8月5日召开特别股东大会，届时将提交公司清算及从奥斯陆泛欧交易所退市的议案。
去年该公司已与美国油田服务巨头斯伦贝谢达成协议，后者收购了Aker Carbon Capture八成股份，双方共同组建了专注碳捕集业务的新实体SLB Capturi。根据交易条款，Aker Carbon Capture除获得现金对价外，还持有新公司20%股权，该部分股权后续已完成出售。
目前交易所得款项已向股东完成分配。公司声明称，若下月股东大会批准清算方案，剩余现金将作为清算股息向股东进行二次分配。
