深圳市广和通无线股份有限公司（股票代码：00638）8月11日公告，公司于2026年8月10日接到控股股东兼实际控制人张天瑜的新一笔股份质押通知。张天瑜将其所持12,450,000股A股质押给国信证券股份有限公司，质押期限为2026年8月10日至2027年8月10日，质押用途为偿还债务。该笔质押股份占其所持股份的4.42%，占公司总股本的1.38%，均为高管锁定限售股，且不属于补充质押。
截至公告披露日，张天瑜直接持有公司281,512,495股，持股比例31.30%。其中，已累计质押股份68,299,300股，本次质押后占其所持股份的24.26%，占公司总股本的7.60%。上述质押股份全部为高管锁定股。
公司表示，目前相关质押股份不存在平仓风险，亦不会对公司生产经营及公司治理结构产生不利影响。如后续出现平仓风险，张天瑜将及时通知公司并披露相关信息。
