ARES Asia Announces Executive Director Luo Xiao to Step Down in 2026, Remains Vice President of Key Subsidiary

ARES Asia Limited disclosed that Executive Director Luo Xiao will resign from the Board effective 30 June 2026, citing other work arrangements. Despite stepping down from the listed entity’s board, Luo will maintain his management role as Vice President of Ares Asia Resources Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary.

According to the filing, Luo has confirmed no disagreement with either the Board or the company, and no other matters require shareholder attention. The Board expressed formal appreciation for Luo’s contributions during his tenure.

Post-resignation, the Board structure will comprise: • Executive Director: Lai Yi-Chun (Robert Lai), who also serves as Chairman • Non-Executive Director: Ruayrungruang Woraphanit • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Yeung Kin Bond, Sydney; Liu Ji; Quan Ruixie

The resignation will take effect on the same day as the announcement date, 30 June 2026.
