NetDragon Websoft Requests Shareholders to Update Delivery Preferences for Corporate Communications

NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited has issued a “Form of Change of Preference” that allows registered shareholders to specify how they wish to receive all future corporate communications.

Key points: • Delivery options: – Electronic version via the company’s website (www.nd.com.cn) with e-mail or postal notification of publication. – Printed English version only. – Printed Chinese version only. – Printed English and Chinese versions.

• Submission methods: – E-mail the completed form to 777-ecom@vistra.com. – Fax to (852) 2890 9350. – Post the form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the provided freepost label (Freepost No. 10 GPO).

• Applicability: The chosen option will remain effective for all future corporate communications unless the Hong Kong branch share registrar receives new instructions.

• No action required: Shareholders already receiving corporate communications in their preferred language or format do not need to submit the form.

Additional information: Printed copies of corporate communications in either language—or both—can be requested from the company or Tricor Investor Services. Electronic versions will continue to be available on the company website.
