Tenfu Announces Further On-Market Share Buyback; Total Repurchases Under 2026 Mandate Reach 199,000 Shares

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported a new on-market share repurchase on 13 July 2026, according to the Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Latest transaction: 2,000 ordinary shares were bought back at HK$2.70 each, representing an outlay of HK$5,400. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

• July activity: Including the most recent purchase, Tenfu has repurchased 22,000 shares between 3 and 13 July 2026 at a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$2.69 per share, for a total consideration of about HK$0.06 million.

• Mandate utilisation: Since the shareholder approval granted on 11 May 2026, the company has repurchased 199,000 shares, equating to 0.0184% of the 1,082.95 million shares outstanding on the mandate date. The board remains authorised to buy back up to 108.28 million shares, leaving more than 108.08 million shares (99.82% of the limit) still available.

• Share capital: Issued share capital stands at 1,082.63 million shares as of 13 July 2026, unchanged from the opening balance on 10 July 2026. All repurchased shares have yet to be cancelled and therefore remain included in this total.

• Moratorium: In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares until 12 August 2026, 30 days after the latest buyback.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed within the terms of the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and the explanatory statement dated 9 April 2026.
