CITY COOLXUAN (08050) has announced that Ms. Deng Yongling has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from January 30, 2026.
The Board of Directors further announced that following her appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Ms. Deng will also be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee.
After the aforementioned changes take effect, as of the date of this announcement, the members of the Audit Committee include Ms. Yao Suyang, Mr. He Wenlong, Mr. Lei Wenzheng, and Ms. Deng.
