公告显示，公司于2026年6月29日获得回购授权，最多可回购2.84亿股股份。截至本次披露，公司合计已回购60,905,000股，占获授权时已发行股份总数的2.1453%。公司在公告中确认，本次回购已遵守适用的上市规则及相关法律法规。
